What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate and execute payroll bookings accurately and promptly.

• Maintain accurate and complete payroll records.

• Ensure that payroll processing complies with local and national tax and labor regulations.

• Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure company compliance.

• Generate payroll reports and related analyses for management and other departments.

• Collaborate with related companies to ensure all transactions comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations.

• Conduct intercompany account reconciliation to ensure transaction consistency and accuracy.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and imbalances in intercompany accounts.

• Generate periodic intercompany reconciliation reports and financial analysis.

• Provide support in preparing financial reports and analyses related to intercompany operations.

• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency.

• Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy in accounting and financial records.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Significant experience (3+ years) in accounting, currently working preferably in the payment industry or a related field, prior Big 4 experience is highly valuable.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Advanced proficiency in financial software tools and Excel, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.

• Proactive and results-oriented attitude, with leadership and change management skills.
