What you’ll be doing 

• Lead strategic financial modeling and forecasting within the annual budget process of the company, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flows.

• Analyze monthly actuals and explain variations against budget and prior year.

• Oversee company working capital invested across different products, regions and key partners, ensuring efficient allocation of the financial resources.

• Support and act as a partner of the corporate treasury, operations and other teams to align financial goals, develop consistent analysis and reporting.

• Perform long-range projections and scenario analysis to support business plans, determine funding needs and estimate company intrinsic value.

• Create ad-hoc financial models for investments and business cases, offering detailed analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting, analyzing financial results and variances, assessing financial performance and risks, and communicating key messages to the senior management team.
  
  
  
  What you'll need 

• +5 years of working in financial planning or other financial areas.

• Experience working in a matrix organization, ideally covering multiple markets and products.

• Postgraduate in Finance is a plus.

• Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently under pressure and with tight deadlines.

• Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.

• Ability to work in cross-cultural environment.

• Well organized, detail-oriented and adaptable to changing demands of the role.

• Fluency in English is mandatory as this position will need to interact with colleagues from different locations.

• The candidate must be willing to work with minimal supervision and with no delegation as analysts will not be hired initially.
