What you’ll be doing 

  • Critical analysis and review of international regulation of the Payment Industry.

  • Draft and review Agreements of varied natures, commercial, marketing (IP), and payment processing agreements.

  • Development of legal structures in new markets.

  • Compliance procedures for ongoing and new clients.

  • Daily communication with external counsel from different jurisdictions.

  • Provide Legal support to all areas of the company.

 

What you'll need 

  • Law degree mandatory.

  • Advanced level in English.

  • 2-4 years of working experience.

  • Willingness and ability to work well within a team environment.

  • Experience in Regulatory.

  • Know-how of cross-border legal structures is a plus.

  • Working in the international payment industry is a plus.
