What you'll do:
Globally responsible for People Opertations processess, including Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, Offboarding, and HRIS data management, among others.
Ensure that all payments are calculated and processed accurately (including monthly updates), on time, and according to the legal compliance requirements and create reports based on them.
Be the focal point between Finance and HR team, and provide monthly global payroll reports for accounting.
End-to-End admin process of new hire onboarding, offboarding, and organizational updates.
Benefits management, including pension, health insurance, meal voucher, reimbursements, and suppliers payments.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and any document required from HR.
Organize and maintain personal records and databases
Answer questions and resolve issues regarding payroll.
What you'll need:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory, Spanish will be a plus
Familiarity with People Operations routines
Attention to detail, organization skills and problem-solving ability.
Experience using spreadsheets and data reporting process
Advance knowledge of labor legislation
